That’s why DBEDT created Made In Hawaiʻi, a one-stop online resource that makes it easy for shoppers to find local brands, all in one place. If you’re a Hawaiʻi business owner, you can join for free — and it’s free for your customers to use, too!
Here's how it works
- If you’re a local business owner and at least 75% of your total product offerings listed in your website is made in Hawaiʻi, complete your application online: https://invest.hawaii.gov/mih-application/. Restaurants and farm delivery services can join, too!
- Your business name and website link will be listed on the Made In Hawaiʻi website at no cost to you. We’ll email you when your listing goes live.
- Shoppers looking for made-in-Hawaiʻi products can visit Made In Hawaiʻi to find a directory of local businesses. They can browse businesses by category or search for a particular business name.
- Shoppers can click on a link to be taken directly to your online site to order from you.
