The Remote Ready Hawaii program was built in response to the COVID-19 economic impacts by the State of Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism in partnership with Instant Teams. From 2020-2021, the program provided skill-based training and remote employment to a selection of 88 Hawaii residents. Participants received 7040 paid training hours and remote employment through Instant Teams post-completion.
Instant Teams, a Blue Startups alumni, is a Hawaii-based Remote Team Marketplace that builds and manages remote workforces using a combination of proprietary technology and the largest database of military-connected remote workers in the industry.
