Aloha Edibles dba Paniolo Gourmet, is a grass roots company that started as friends working together at a restaurant where we created a beef jerky chip using Grandma Ho’s recipe. This is truly a Hawaiian style snack that was influenced by the paniolos (cowboys) of Hawaii! Following our dreams we opened the first beef jerky plant on Oahu to earn the USDA’s grant of inspection in over 20 years. We’ve since expanded our production to include furikake potato chips, ahi poke potato chips and many freeze dried candy snacks. Because of our food passion, friends have become family. Our customers are the best! We couldn’t have done this without them. Today we are known as the Aloha Edibles Ohana.
