From farming in El Salvador, across the Central America Coffee Belt, Jose and Berta along with their four children started Miranda Farms on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2006, they obtained their first coffee plantation of ten acres in the region of Pāhala, and recently opened their store in Naalehu.
