Hawaiʻi Pavilion Booth Plan

Booth Space and Cost:
- Cost for a Full Booth (approx. 10 ft x 10 ft)
  - In Line – $1,100
  - Corner Booth – $1,300
- Cost for a Shared Half-Booth (5 ft x 10 ft) is $550
For Shared Half-Booths, only two (2) companies will be allowed per booth.
Booth fees will include a table and two chairs

Complete 2027 Fancy Food Faire Application below.
To secure your booth, please mail your deposit check to DBEDT to arrive before the deadline of 4:30 PM, Thursday, October 15, 2026:

Complete the SFA Membership Application Form for Tier 1 membership (more information HERE – click on “Apply for Membership” at the top
a. Applicants approved for SFA membership are Tier 1 members.
SFA to send instructions to apply for Product Qualification to participate at the Fancy Food Faire
1. SFA will automatically upgrade Tier 1 members who become product qualified to Tier 2 membership.
2. Tier 2 benefits include exhibiting at the Fancy Food Fair
SFA approves you for Tier 2 membership.
1. Applicants will need to pay all fees when applying online (SFA Membership, Product Qualification and Application fees) to SFA directly. Exhibitors must meet the show’s standards in order to be approved. You will receive an email from the show’s Standards Department when you are approved.
