2027 Natural Products Expo West Application

The Hawaiʻi Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (DBEDT) is recruiting Hawaiʻi companies to exhibit at Natural Products Expo West, March 2–5, 2027, at the Anaheim Convention Center in California.

Booth Fee: $2,600 each (subsidized from the actual $10,000 cost)
Booth Size: 10′ W × 8′ D
Included: Two (2) 6′ skirted counters, two (2) padded stools, carpet, and electricity (5 amps/500 watts). Additional furniture and equipment are the exhibitor’s responsibility. Provided items are subject to change.

Exhibitors must meet the show’s Expo Standards.

Application deadline: November 6, 2026, by 4:30 p.m.
Payment deadline: November 13, 2026, by 4:30 p.m.
Checks must be received by the deadline. Participation preference will be given in order of response.

*Company please also complete and submit the New Exhibitor Application directly to the NPEW show organizer. Please note that there is a non-refundable $95 application fee. Exhibitors must meet the show’s standards in order to be approved. For more details, refer to the Expo Standards. If you submitted an application last year, you may not need to submit a new one. Kindly check with New Hope Standards to confirm if your previous submission is still valid.

You will receive an email from the show’s Standards Department once your application is approved.
Please note if you do not meet the standards and are not accepted by the show to participate, the show organizer and the State will not refund the $95 application fee.
