2026 Natural Products Expo West Application
The Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (DBEDT) is recruiting Hawaii companies for the Hawaii Pavilion at the Natural Products Expo West Show, March 3-6, 2026, at the Anaheim Convention Center, California.
Size of the booth will be 10’ (wide) x 8’ (deep) at the cost of $2,500 each (this is a subsidized price; actual cost of booth is $9,900).
Furniture and equipment provided:
One (1) 6′ Skirted Counters; Two (2) Padded Stools; Carpet; and Electricity (5 Amp/500 Watts).
All other equipment and furniture for the booth will be at the exhibitor’s expense.

Exhibitors must meet the show’s standards, which can be found at Expo Standards.
Reservation deadline:
1) You must complete this application form by 4:30 PM, Friday, September 26, 2025.
2) Your check must be received by 4:30 PM, Friday, October 3, 2025, and preference for participation will be taken in order of response.
