FANCY FOOD FAIRE

The Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism (DBEDT) invites Hawaiʻi product manufacturers to exhibit at the 2026 Winter Fancy Food Faire from January 11-13, 2026, in the Hawaiʻi Pavilion, San Diego, California (more info HERE).


DBEDT is excited about bringing Hawai
ʻi companies to showcase unique and highly desired products from Hawaiʻi. The Fancy Food Faire is a three-day trade show organized by the Specialty Food Association (SFA) that brings together thousands of specialty food manufacturers, buyers, brokers, distributors, and other industry professionals for three days of product discovery, networking, and trend spotting. The 2026 Show features networking events, educational sessions, and numerous opportunities to connect with leading buyers and exhibitors. 

  • Booth Space and Cost:
    • Cost for a Full Booth (approx. 10 ft x 10 ft) – *75% off rack rate
      • In Line – $1,000
      • Corner Booth – $1,187
    • Cost for a Shared Half-Booth (5 ft x 10 ft) is $500
  • For Shared Half-Booths, only two (2) companies will be allowed per booth.
  • Booth fees will include a table and two chairs

Application Deadline: September 25, 2025

  1. Complete HiSTEP Registration form.
  2. Complete the SFA Membership Application Form for Tier 1 membership (more information HERE – click on “Apply for Membership” at the top
    a. Applicants approved for SFA membership are Tier 1 members.
  3. SFA to send instructions to apply for Product Qualification to participate at the Fancy Food Faire
    1. SFA will automatically upgrade Tier 1 members who become product qualified to Tier 2 membership.
    2. Tier 2 benefits include exhibiting at the Fancy Food Fair
  4. SFA approves you for Tier 2 membership.
  5. Applicants will need to pay all fees when applying online (SFA Membership, Product Qualification and Application fees ($550) however are partially covered by DBEDT and included in the subsidized booth fees. Exhibitors must meet the show’s standards in order to be approved. You will receive an email from the show’s Standards Department when you are approved.
  6. Once your application is approved by DBEDT and SFA and to secure your booth, please mail your deposit check to DBEDT to arrive before the deadline of 4:30 PM, Friday, September 26, 2025:
