Funded in part through a Grant with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Hawaii State Trade Expansion Program, or HISTEP, assists Hawaii small businesses with their export development. DBEDT is organizing and recruiting Hawai‘i companies for the Hawai‘i Pavilions at two trade shows in March 2023:
