Event Details

Table assignments are decided at the discretion of the Organizing Committee to best serve the Fair attendees. Please note the 2020 Small Business Fair will have a limited number of exhibitors. Once the assignments are decided, other applicants will be placed on a waiting list should space become available.

Exhibitors will be provided (1) 6’ x 30” table and (2) chairs. Please bring your own table cloth, signage and tape as needed. You may not use tape or place signs on walls.

Schedule:

• Exhibitors’ set-up: 7 AM to 7:30 AM
• Attendee Check-in begins and Exhibits open: 7:30 AM
• Classes for registered attendees: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM

• Closing and breakdown of exhibits: 1:00 PM
• Classes end: 1:30 PM
