2023 Natural Products Expo West Interest Form

The Hawaiʻi Pavilion will be organized by the Dept. of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (DBEDT) at the Natural Products Expo West trade show, which will be held in Anaheim will be held from March 8-11, 2023.

Hawaiʻi will have only eight (8) booths to showcase the natural, healthy products Made in Hawaiʻi. We are assessing your interest in participating in this major trade show.

Space is limited! Hawaiʻi was able to secure only 8 booths on the Main Floor in the Specialty Foods Section.Size of the booth will be 10’ x 10’ at the cost of $2,500 each (this is the subsidized price, since the actual total cost of a booth is $8,030).
Equipment and furniture for the booth will be at the exhibitor’s expense.
Exhibitors must meet the show’s standards, which can be found at Expo Standards.

Reservation deadline: your response via this online form must be received by 4:30 PM, Monday, March 7, 2022, and preference for participation will be taken in order of response.
