Liu Zongli, Ukulele player, Ukulele cultural promoter, Author, Photographer, Independent Documentary director.

Living in Shanghai, China. Began to promote ukulele culture since 2011; Invited by CNTV China to participate their public class; Published two ukulele educational books focusing on both finger style and sing along; In 2013, won the second place in Hawaii International Ukulele Competition; Performed at many major ukulele festivals both in China and oversea; Served as a judge for all major ukulele competitions in China; Performed in previous Shanghai Musical Instrument Exhibitions as spokesperson for many brands; Began to provide ukulele online classes since 2016; Started personal touring since 2017, have performed in many major concert halls all over China, have conducted more than 70 shows as of 2019; In 2017, produced documentary film, Ukulele in China, at my own expense; In 2019, Hired by the Ministry of Culture to develop the ukulele performance standard for the national ukulele profession certificates.
