Register to be considered to sell your Hawaii-made products at the Rotary International Convention, June 6 -10, 2020!

Rotary International is planning their 111th annual convention to be held June 6 – 10, 2020 at the Hawaii Convention Center. The Convention is Rotary’s premier event, featuring renowned speakers, educational seminars, entertainment to attract over 25,000 Rotary members and family and friends. It is often called the “mini-United Nations” because of its global scope and cultural diversity.

DBEDT has been asked to gather Hawaii companies to be considered to sell their products at booths in the House of Friendship (3rd Floor) and Rooftop Garden (4th Floor).

Dates & Times: 

June 6 – 10, 2020

The operations times for the booths have not yet been set. The Rotary Hawaii coordinator will be in contact to confirm times and other details.

Booth Space

Exact booth sizes will be decided soon by Rotary International and the Hawaii Organizing Committee.

House of Friendship Booths: located in Room 316 A/B/C on the 3rd Floor. Vendors are required to be present at booths the entire time of operations.

  • $2,500.00 for the period June 6 – 10

Rooftop Booths: located in the Rooftop Garden on the 4th floor. Vendors in this area must bring their own pop-up tent and the area is not secured at night.  There will be security in the building but their product would either need to be taken at the end of the day and brought back the next day or it is left covered at their own liability. 

  • $500.00 for 2-day space
  • $750.00 for 5-day space

Food Sales

There may be certain restrictions with regards to selling food products. To offer food samples, a Special Event Permit and Hawaii Dept. of Health certificate will be required, to be coordinated by Hawaii Rotary Coordinator and Hawaii vendors.
