The Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism is pleased to invite Hawaii companies to participate in the Hawaii Pavilion at the TIGS Autumn 2024 show from

Date:               September 4-6, 2024
Venue:            Tokyo Big Sight Venue, Tokyo, Japan.

Space is limited and based on “First Come, First Serve”, we wish to encourage all eligible companies to complete the application and submit to DBEDT as soon as possible.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. Complete the 2024 HiSTEP Registration. (If you have not already done so)
2. Complete this 2024 TIGS Application by May 17, 2024 (Friday).
   • Early Bird Registration – till May 3, 2024, Friday.
   • Registration – Deadline by May 17, 2024, Friday.
   • Note: There will be a charge for a full booth (3m x 3m), or for a shared half-booth. For half booths, only two (2) companies will be allowed per booth.
3. Your company will be contacted by the event contactor, Jaxie Corporation, after your submission has been accepted by DBEDT.
4. Mail in a check for Full Booth, or Half Booth for the booth fee.
   • Application and payment received by:
     • May 3, 2024 (Friday) – $1,000.00 (Full Booth) / $500.00 (Half Booth) – Early Bird Registration
     • Register and pay after May 3, 2024 (Friday) – $1,500.00 (Full Booth) / $750.00 (Half Booth)
   • Payment due no later than May 31, 2024 (Friday)
   • Make check payable to: State of Hawaii/DBEDT

• Registration Deadline: Please complete and submit the application by May 17, 2024 (Friday).

The following form is mandatory for participation in the 2024 TIGS. Please also complete the 2024 HiSTEP Registration form if you have not yet registered for the 2024 HiSTEP program.
