The new DFARS Interim Rule released Sept 29, 2020, provides a legal framework for the government to collect more information from contractors and require them to take actions that will cost money in order to be eligible for contract awards. The new rules take effect on November 30, 2020 and are expected to impact all contractors doing business with the DoD.

Your company’s executives should attend this event to make sure they are aware of the impacts these rule changes are expected to have on the DoD procurement process across the entire supply chain. This special webinar will provide key updates from the head of the CMMC program, along with experts from eResilience explaining more about the new DFARS rules, including information about what companies should expect and how to prepare.
