2024 Natural Products Expo West Application

The Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (DBEDT) is recruiting Hawaii companies for the Hawaii Pavilion at the Natural Products Expo West Show, March 13-15, 2024, at the Anaheim Convention Center, California.  

Size of the booth will be 10’ (wide) x 8’ (deep) at the cost of $2,500 each (this is a subsidized price; actual cost of booth is $9,100).

Furniture and equipment provided:
Two (2) 6′ Skirted Counters; Two (2) Padded Stools; Carpet; and Electricity (5 Amp/500 Watts).
All other equipment and furniture for the booth will be at the exhibitor’s expense. 

Exhibitors must meet the show’s standards, which can be found at Expo Standards

Reservation deadline:
1) You must complete this application form by 4:30 PM, Friday, December 22, 2023.
2) Your check must be received by 4:30 PM, Friday, December 29, 2023, and preference for participation will be taken in order of response.

    Please check and complete a New Exhibitor Application and submit it directly to the NPEW show organizer. Note: there is a non-refundable $95 fee application fee. Exhibitors must meet the show’s standards in order to be approved. See Expo Standards.
    You will receive an email from the show’s Standards Department when you are approved.

    Please note if you do not meet the standards and are not accepted by the show to participate, the show organizer and the State will not refund the $95 application fee.

    Once you receive your approval email, please forward a copy to timothy.t.tiu@hawaii.gov.DBEDT will not deposit your booth fee check ($2,500) until we know you have been approved for participation by NPEW.
